I have been making these scrumptious little gateaux variations on the Black Forest and Strawberry Gateaux. It got to the point where if I ever saw another picture of a gateau I would scream. I took almost one hundred pictures before I captured the ones good enough to display.

    These are some of the nicest Gâteaux that I have ever seen! You have captured the essence of the cakes beautifully and your black cherry and jellied strawberries toppings look Delicious!
